Tender Leaf Wooden Animal Rhinoceros

The rhino carries one horn on the nose and a smaller second one behind it, with the back curving up towards the shoulders. Folds are painted into the hide and the head hangs a little low. That stance makes it the animal that shoves and butts in play, while staying upright itself.

Tender Leaf works with reclaimed rubberwood: hevea trees that stop yielding latex after around 25 years and used to be burned. For every tree it uses, the brand says it plants a new one. The colours come from non-toxic, water-based paint and stain.
