Iris Hantverk Butter Knife

The Iris Hantverk Butter Knife is made of beechwood, with a handle dipped in colour. The kind of knife you leave out on the table because it looks good there, and reach for with butter, jam, cream cheese or pâté.

Wood does two things metal does not. It does not scratch, so you can use it in a stoneware butter dish or along the edge of a non-stick pan without a second thought. And it does not feel cold: butter straight from the fridge spreads more easily than it does off a cold blade.
