Holztiger Armadillo

With its armour of bands, the armadillo is an animal you hardly find anywhere else — the figure the questions come from. What does he eat? Where does he live? And can he really roll up?

Holztiger figures are carved and painted by hand in Europe, from maple and beech wood with non-toxic water-based paint. They are larger than average, so they sit firmly in a small hand — and no two pieces are exactly alike.
