Holztiger Eagle

An eagle circles above everything — put him on the cupboard or a high shelf and the landscape below suddenly has tension. Children let him dive, hunt and land again; a bird of prey gives the game a story of watching and being watched.

Holztiger figures are carved and painted by hand in Europe, from maple and beech wood with non-toxic water-based paint. They are larger than average, so they sit firmly in a small hand — and no two pieces are exactly alike.
