Elvie Pelvic Floor Trainer

Description
After pregnancy, your pelvic floor often isn't what it was. You notice it when you sneeze, when you lift your child, or the moment you start exercising again. Training helps — but it is hard to work muscles you cannot see.
The Elvie Trainer makes them visible. You insert the oval part, connect it to the app on your phone or tablet over Bluetooth, and watch on screen what your muscles are doing. Elvie reports noticeable improvement within four weeks, training five minutes a day, three times a week.
Why a strong pelvic floor matters
Your pelvic floor is a set of muscles that keeps your pelvis stable, keeps your bladder under control and plays its part in intimacy. Problems are more common than most women think: Elvie cites 1 in 3 women, and up to 80% of expectant and new mothers.
Exercising works, but only if you do it right. And that is the hard part — you see nothing, you feel little, and you don't really know whether you are engaging the right muscles. Many women bear down when the movement should go up.
How it works
- You insert the oval part; the flexible arm stays outside and holds it in place.
- The trainer connects to the free Elvie app over Bluetooth.
- Patented tilt technology measures not just the force but the direction of your contraction — and warns you the moment you squeeze the wrong way.
- The app turns it into a game, with six targeted exercises.
- Your progress is tracked, so you can see that it is working.
