Wie Heeft Steef Opgegeten?

Wie heeft Steef opgegeten? is a colorful, clever and comical picture book by Susannah Lloyd, with expressive illustrations by Kate Hindley. What starts as a lighthearted story about opposites such as big and small suddenly takes an exciting turn when Steef the worm disappears without a trace.

Everything points to Oscar… but did he really eat Steef? And more importantly: can Oscar be persuaded to spit the poor worm back out? As the characters keep trying to outsmart (or gobble up) one another, young readers discover that exploring opposites isn't so simple after all.

With lots of humor, pace and visual jokes, Lloyd and Hindley take children on an ingenious mystery. The characters are outspoken, lively and irresistibly funny. It's no surprise that this duo is known for their strong, comical picture books.

A perfect read-aloud book for children from 4 years, inviting them to laugh, think along and talk about it afterward.
