Weerribben Low-Fat Yogurt 1 Liter

This stirred yogurt is made with original yogurt cultures and organic skim milk, giving it a tangy, tangy flavor.
Our low-fat yogurt is given ample time to mature and develop flavor, ideally between 12 and 18 hours. Many factories only allow for an acidification time of 4 to 8 hours. We use five different bacterial strains for this yogurt. This makes it mild and full-flavored, and it also contains predominantly dextrorotatory lactic acid (which is naturally present in our intestines). Because the yogurt is not heated after acidification, it contains healthy live cultures. The yogurt is then packed warm, meaning we don't need to add milk powder to achieve a nice, thick yogurt. The yogurt is then cooled back down in the carton in a refrigerator.
