The artisanal processing process
After all the coconuts are harvested from the coconut trees, each coconut is first stripped of its green husk. What remains is a coconut with its hard, brown husk. This husk is cracked, after which we manually extract the fresh coconut meat from the nut. The coconut meat is then bathed in an ice-cold bath, rinsed, and prepared for cold pressing. After cold pressing, the coconut oil undergoes intensive quality control. Once the coconut oil meets our purity standards, it is bottled in our glass jars. Only in this way can we guarantee the purest quality.
