Lima Zeezout Fijn Atlantisch - 1kg

Lima Fine Atlantic Sea Salt is a pure, traditionally harvested sea salt from the protected nature reserve ‘Ria Formosa’ in Olhão, on the Portuguese coast. This natural salt is harvested by hand in the traditional way, using nothing but sea, sun, wind and craftsmanship. The result is an authentic, unrefined sea salt with a rich, full flavor that is clearly different from standard table salt. Because the seawater evaporates naturally in salt pans, valuable minerals from the sea are preserved. This makes the salt naturally rich in minerals such as magnesium and calcium. What you get is a pure product without additives, bleaching agents or anti-caking agents, so its pure flavor and quality stay fully intact.

Although the salt is unrefined, it keeps its light color thanks to the thin natural protective layer that remains on the salt pans during the manual harvesting process. This gives it not only a distinctive look, but also a high-quality, authentic salt experience. Lima sea salt is ideal for everyday use in the kitchen, and its pure, refined flavor takes both hot and cold dishes to the next level.
