Kefir

Discover the power of kefir , a refreshing and slightly tart milk drink naturally fermented using the traditional kefir plant. This organic kefir from Rauw Power is made with raw whole milk from Het Hengelman Farm in De Lutte , where the cows graze freely in the open air throughout the season.

What makes this kefir so special? During the fermentation process, a vibrant mix of lactic acid bacteria and yeasts is created, which produce, among other things, carbon dioxide , vitamins (such as B12 and K2) , and the amino acid tryptophan —a precursor to serotonin, also known as the "happiness hormone." The drink is not only a natural source of probiotics but also deliciously refreshing and easily digestible.

Perfect for your gut health, digestion and taste buds.
