Holztiger Hare With Carrot

This hare has got hold of a carrot, and that is a story in itself: where did it come from, whose was it, and who wants to take it? Around Easter he is the star of the seasonal table.

Holztiger figures are carved and painted by hand in Europe, from maple and beech wood with non-toxic water-based paint. They are larger than average, so they sit firmly in a small hand — and no two pieces are exactly alike.
