We were planning for our grandson who was turning 1. Unfortunately I didn't pay proper attention when ordering and so a two-wheeler was delivered. But no worries, everything neatly packed up again and sent back. Ordered a new bike and at the same time as the delivery the money for the first bike was refunded. Great service.
